Bonocchio Vision Care Center (Bonocchio means “good eyes” in Italian) is a dynamic optical store in The Hague, established since 2008. Our mottos: we offer highly customer-oriented, custom-made, professional and personal eyecare service to both local and international customers.
In other words, “Your satisfaction is our reputation“.
We pay close attention to the latest trends and products in order to offer you the most suitable eye problem solutions. In addition, we offer you the service and quality that a special optics store offers you, but with affordable A-brand frames and glasses.
We are not restricted by working with certain suppliers unlike regular chain stores. The clients are free to choose the suppliers for their contact lenses and/or spectacle lenses. We always look for the best and the most suitable products for our clients.
Our founder, Kim Bing Chung is a certified dispensing optician and contact lens practitioner. He is a member of ANVC and British Contact Lens Association (BCLA). Also, he is renowned for his expertise in prescribing therapeutic lenses, such as SynergEyes Contact Lenses, Ortho-K contact lenses and etc. He also presented the first monovision ortho-k case report together with the Polytechnic University in Hong Kong.
Our team is capable of speaking various languages, such as English, Dutch, German and Chinese (Mandarin, Cantonese and Hakka).

Wheelchair users
We use an eye test unit which the chair is moveable so that the customer can stay in his/her wheelchair while having an eye exam. -
1-hour service
In our open working lab, we grind the glasses ourselves by using a computer-controlled grinding unit. For standard single vision prescriptions, we often have spectacle lenses in stock, which means that the eyeglasses can be made and delivered within an hour. -
Rimless glasses
We are specialized in making rimless glasses. We can modify the spectacle lens shape according to your own wishes. -
